1. What is your delivery time?

   We deliver your books in 4-7 working days. Working days are Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays). Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days. For more information, go to http://opentrolley.com.sg/delivery.aspx

2. I need books urgently. Can I come to your shop and self-collect them today?

   We regret that we do not store unpaid books in our office or collection point. All orders should be paid for online and will be delivered within our standard delivery time of 4-7 working days We apologize that we are not able to process any order quicker than our standard delivery time.

3. Where can I collect by books?

   Our collection centre is located at Toy Outpost, Plaza Singapura 7th floor. The shop opens Monday to Sunday from 1 pm to 10 pm including.

4. How can I pay for my purchase?

   We accept credit card, debit card, PayPal account, local bank transfer and cheque. Payment by cheque is only accepted for purchase order worth at least $100

5. How do I pay by cheque?

   Yes, we accept debit cards.

7. How do I pay by bank transfer?

   First, you have to add all the required books into your Shopping Cart and then checkout. On the Checkout page, click the "Pay by Bank Transfer" button. The next page will show you instructions on how to transfer funds to our account. This information will also be sent to your email for future reference.

8. Can I pay by cash?

   We regret that we do not accept cash payment at the moment.

9. I have transferred payment to your account, but order status is still Unpaid

   Please allow 24 hours for us to clear bank transfer payment if you are transferring from your DBS/POSB account, DBS/POSB cash deposit machine or DBS/POSB counter. If you are transferring from other banks such as Citibank, UOB, OCBC etc it will take about 2-3 working days for us to receive your payment. Please note that we will only process your order once payment is received. To get your books sooner, please try to use your DBS/POSB account whenever possible when making bank transfer payment.

10. What are Low Stock items?

    Low-stock items are items that are available in limited quantity (5 or less) as of our last stock update. Stock update is done at the end of every working day. Low-stock items might have become unavailable at the time of purchase because there is a time interval between our stock update and customers' time of purchase.
