  1. Where is the shop located?

    The shop's name is: Toy Outpost at Plaza Singapura, Level 7. Opposite movie ticket booth. Please note that we do not stock unpaid books at Toy Outpost. Books have to be ordered first online before they are sent to Plaza Singapura.

  2. Do you sell Chinese books?

    We regret that we do not sell Chinese books at the moment.

  3. Can I add books into my existing order?

    Unfortunately our system does not permit such arrangement at the moment. A new, separate order has to be made instead, for the extra books.

  4. I am overseas but want to send books to someone in Singapore

    First, you need to register an account with us.If you do not have a Singapore address, register with your overseas address but select Singapore as your country. The registration form only has Singapore option. After you added all the books into cart, checkout. On checkout page, change the following: Recipient's name Delivery address (change to the recipient's address) Billing address (change country from Singapore to your country) After payment is made, check receipt and Order History page to ensure that Delivery Address is correct.
